What data do we collect?

Privacy and data protection policy

  • Personal identification information that is entered by you onto my website or added when filling out your booking form sent to you via email - name, address, baby's name, baby's DOB, phone number, email, medical conditions, next of kin contact information, GP contact information if required

  • Images

How do we collect your data?

  • You may provide the data we collect when booking a service through our website, email, Facebook, Instagram or in person.

  • You may provide the data when you make an enquiry via email, Facebook, Instagram or in person

  • Data we collect will be reviewed annually. If you have not used our services or visited our websites during that time, your data will be permanently removed.

How do we use your data?

Our company collects your data so we can:

  • Process your order

  • Manage your account

  • Email you with special offers, products or services which we feel you would like.

  • We will never share your information with any third party

How do we store your data?

  • Your electronic data is stored within a secure and locked laptop.

  • No paper data is stored.

Marketing

  • Our company would like to send you information about the services which we feel you may like in the form of email. If you have agreed to accept marketing material you can opt out of this at any time by sending an email saying opt out of marketing.

  • If you have agreed to the use of images for marketing purposes you can opt out of this at any time.

What are your rights?

Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to be informed about the collection of your data.

  • The right to access–you have a right to request copies of all data we hold on your personal file.

  • The right to rectification–You have the right to request that our company correct any information you believe to be inaccurate and to complete any information you believe to be incomplete.

  • The right to erase–You have the right to request that our company erase all personal data under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing–You have the right to request that our company restricts the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to personal processing - You have the right to object to our company’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we will respond within one calendar month. If you would like to exercise any of these rights please email us.

This policy will be updated annually from April 2021 unless changes in the law require otherwise.

All Aglow Terms and Conditions

Terms of Booking

  • The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course, baby spa or workshop to guarantee a place.

  • On booking a baby spa, workshop or course a non-refundable £10 deposit will be taken.

  • Booking 1 place on a course allows a maximum of 1 parent/caregiver to attend with their baby. 1 additional caregiver can attend the baby spa or workshops because there is more space at these venues.

  • Up to 2 adults can attend the weaning workshops and Baby Spa session together. 

  • If you have twins/multiples, you will not be charged for more than 1 space.

  • The booking form, including health questions must be completed prior to the course, and it is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the instructor of any changes to the information provided on a weekly basis.

  • The information you provide on the booking form and further correspondence with the instructor is treated confidentially and will not be shared with a third party.

  • The booking form will be stored securely and only for as long as necessary.

  • All Aglow reserves the right to up-date fees and terms and conditions in the future.

  • You are responsible for you child during all of the All Aglow classes, Baby Spa's and workshops you attend.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your place on a course, baby spa session or workshop giving more than 2 weeks notice you will be refunded in full.

  • If you have booked a space at the baby spa, course or workshop and you can no longer attend on the date you booked, you can rearrange to attend on an alternative date, providing 2 weeks notice prior to your original booked date. 

  • If you cancel your space within 2 weeks of your booking, efforts will be made to reschedule your booking. If your booking cannot be rescheduled you will receive a refund (minus the £10 non-refundable deposit). 

  • Refunds must be requested in writing, preferably via email.

  • Refunds/discounts cannot be given for missed classes, baby spa sessions or workshops.

  • If you miss any part of a course, class, baby spa session or workshop I will send a PDF of the strokes/yoga moves/information covered in the missed class upon written request (preferably email).

  • If a serious medical reason means you cannot attend your booked course, class, baby spa session or workshop, efforts will be made to book you onto the next available course, workshop or baby spa.

  • All Aglow reserves the right to cancel a course, class, baby spa session or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or the class size and in this event a full refund will be given.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - COVID-19

  • If a course, class, baby spa session or workshop is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, an online course will be delivered in its place.

  • Refunds will not be given if courses, classes or workshops are moved online or cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or government regulations. A credit note will be given in place to use with All Aglow up to the value of money you paid.

  • If you cannot attend the course, class, baby spa session or workshop due to self-isolation, no refund will be given unless your space on the course or workshop can be re-sold.

Social Media and Photography

  • Parents are permitted to take photographs and/or video footage of their own child only during the classes, baby spa sessions and workshops.

  • Please refrain from taking photographs and/or video footage of other participants.

  • Please do not disclose any personal information about other participants on social media without their permission.

  • Only the photographs and video footage of the classes, courses, baby spa sessions and workshops with written permission will be used for marketing purposes and on All Aglow's social media platforms and website.


 

Safety and Wellbeing 

  • Participants are responsible for the safety and well-being of their child(ren) during the length of the course, class, baby spa sessions, 1-1 or workshop they are attending.

  • Participating in an All Aglow class, baby spa session, course or workshop is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by All Aglow.

  • If drinking hot beverages, please ensure they are kept out of reach of children and lids are kept on the cups at all times.

  • Please be respectful of other participants wishes. If they have a safety concern, please listen and make any necessary adjustments.

  • If another participant behaves in a way that All Aglow feels is unreasonable, dangerous or threatening, then All Aglow reserves the right to withdraw the provision of classes.

  • Please help to ensure the All Aglow environment is a welcoming and friendly space.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 

  • All Aglow welcome and accept all parents and caregivers and the children in their care regardless of their background, age or gender.

  • All Aglow is committed to ensure that every baby has the opportunity to receive love and nurturing care as part of our courses, baby spa sessions and workshops regardless of their background.

  • All Aglow is committed to providing free services to the community including parent meet-ups and support groups on an adhoc basis.

  • 10% off for you and your friend(s) when you both book onto the same course.

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Promotional code can only be used once per customer.

  • You and your friend(s) must book onto the same course to qualify for the discount. 

  • The discount does not apply to All Aglow Baby Spa or workshops.

  • All Aglow has the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

  • Get 1 week FREE when you book any of the following terms before 11th July 2023; Beautiful Baby Massage, Baby Yoga & Massage (combined) or Baby Yoga & Developmental Play. 

  • This offer only applies to clients who have attended All Aglow's June/July courses which commenced on Tuesday 13th June 2023. 

  • You much enter the unique promo code provided by All Aglow when you book online in order to redeem the offer. 

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Promotional code can only be used once per customer.
