Will I be doing the yoga or just my baby?

It is predominantly baby yoga, however, you do have to move around during the hour so you do some light exercise yourself in order to move your baby into the yoga poses, swings and dips etc. It's really good fun and a great way to bond and interact with each other too.

Can I bring someone with me to the class?

Baby Spa: There is plenty of space for 2 caregivers to attend the class.

Baby Massage and Baby Yoga: Due to limited space we operate a 1 adult and 1 baby policy.

What do I need to bring to a class, baby spa or weaning workshop?

The only things you need to bring are your usual nappy bag essentials and perhaps a familiar baby blanket to offer a little extra warmth, comfort and a familiar smell for your little one. There's plenty of lovely photo opportunities so you might like to bring your phone or a camera too!

What if my baby disrups the class?

We are totally baby-led here so please do not worry if your baby cries, falls asleep, needs a nappy change or anything else. Please attend to your baby whenever you need to.

Can I feed my baby during a class?

You are welcome to feed your baby at any time throughout the class.

Baby Yoga & Massage is ideally from 12 weeks old (for more head control)  to pre-walking.

What is my baby has Eczema or sensitive skin?

You are welcome to bring your own oils or lotions to the classes. However, we provide a mini bottle of Neal's Yard Remedies Grapeseed Oil for baby massage. This was chosen specifically for its kindness to baby’s sensitive skin. This oil is natural and organic and is fragrance free.

We always do a patch test of the oil on your baby's skin to check for any reaction or irritation before we begin the massage.

Ingredients: Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil.

What should I wear for the classes?

Because you will be sitting on the floor for the baby massage and the baby yoga classes and you will be moving around and lifting your baby a lot during baby yoga it would be advisable to wear comfortable clothing. It's not essential however, to wear sportswear for the classes.
