The Nurture Journey

Please note there is no class on Tues 28th April as I am on holiday so the baby massage term is a 5 week term held over 6 weeks - the last class of this term is on 19th May. The nurture journey combines all three of our terms - beginning with baby massage, then transitioning onto yoga & massage and finally yoga & play as your baby grows. This is the journey we always recommend anyway but by booking up front you'll receive a discount - paying just £110 instead of £135 - a 19% discount! Each term builds on the last, supporting: - Your baby’s physical and sensory development - Bonding and connection between you and your baby - Your own confidence as a parent - Letting you meet other parents - building a support network - Time to slow down and focus on the moment The first two terms include time at the end for a cup of tea and biscuits, so we can all just sit and have a chat. As part of the course you'll also receive: - 50ml bottle of Tiddley Pom Massage Oil - plenty for lessons and to practice at home - PDF of all massage strokes taught - 2 x keepsake footprint crafts - Mama's self care kit - so you get a little treat too - Photos each week of you playing/interacting with your little one Suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to pre-crawling. There will usually be a one or two week break between each term so, although you are paying for 15 classes, they will take place over 17-20 weeks. There will be seasonal specials in between terms available to book as extra.
