Service Description

All Aglow's Baby Massage course is the perfect introduction to parent and baby classes because it's a gentle 5 week course providing you with a little love bubble for you and your baby to connect, bond and enjoy all of the health benefits that come with baby massage for both you and your baby. Baby Massage can also help further develop the bond between you both by stimulating all of the senses such as touch, smell, sight and sound. The course teaches you gentle massage strokes and their benefits and provides you with the tools for you to naturally help to relax and soothe your baby through nurturing touch. You'll also learn how to relieve symptoms of colic, trapped wind, teething and constipation through Baby Massage. Each week we focus on a different area of the body as well as practising strokes from the previous week. We will build up to the full body massage over 5 weeks...lucky baby! Supporting Mums is at the heart of All Aglow at such a critical period in your life. These classes are gentle for YOU as well as your baby at a time when you may be feeling tired and sometimes overwhelmed. The vibe is very chilled and chatty. These classes aim to make you feel welcome, safe, part of a community and supported. Each class lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, providing time to chat with other local parents over a hot drink and biscuit once we've finished the guided massage. Please be rest assured that all of our classes are completely baby-led. It's never a problem if your baby needs feeding, changing or soothing during any of our classes.
