What to expect

My aim is to make you feel...well...All Aglow! All aglow with that warm and fuzzy kind of love between you and your little one, with connection to each other and in the knowledge you are teaching love to your baby in the best possible way...through nurturing touch.

You and your baby are in charge here. We follow individual babies cues throughout the sessions to ensure they are relaxed and happy. This makes for a great experience for both of you. During the classes you can do as much or as little as you'd both like.

Our Courses

You can choose any of our courses or workshops you'd like to attend, however we recommend starting with our Baby Massage course from around 8 weeks old and progressing to our Baby Yoga course (coming soon) from 12 weeks old. The courses progress as your baby develops.

During the classes you'll learn many baby massage strokes, holds and yoga techniques to soothe and settle your baby which you can build into your daily routine at home. Plus, I’ll explain about all the benefits that Baby Massage and Baby Yoga have to offer.

Our classes also provide the chance to share your parenting tips and tricks as well as the  opportunity to meet other new, local parents.

1-1's & Private Groups

Additionally, we can tailor 1-1's  to your baby's individual needs, which can take place in the comfort of your own home.

Got a group of mummies and babies? You can book courses for friendship groups of 2 or more. Just contact me with your requirements and I’ll tailor something special for you!
