If you're looking for a calm, loving and supportive space in amongst the whirlwind that is early parenthood, these are the classes for you. We keep our groups small and ​use venues that are softly lit and beautiful - no over-stimulated babies OR parents here! Our aim is to be a haven, an hour to escape from a hectic world and just focus on your baby and chat with your new mum friends. ​

Our classes help you to connect with your baby through the power of touch as well as supporting your baby's development through massage, gentle yoga and play. Our baby spas give you a chance to make lasting memories with your little one.
