Service Description
The spa may be for your baby but there will be lots for Mummy to enjoy and help you to relax as well! The Baby Spa offers a unique, sensory experience for you and your baby, which is a moment the two of you will cherish. The Baby Spa has everything you'd expect for a beautiful spa experience, beginning with a relaxing soak in our luxury baby spa baths followed by a guided baby facial massage and a guided sleepy baby massage to truly relax them. And of course, no spa experience would be complete without being wrapped in a pure white, super-soft robe and spa slippers, which creates a wonderful photo opportunity for you to remember your baby's first spa session! All of this is accompanied by tranquil music, organic baby skincare products, and sensory lighting to indulge the senses, just as you would expect from a spa. It’s total baby bliss!! But wait...there's more. We also include making a keep-sake gift for you to take home as a reminder of your baby's first spa experience. The baby spa experience is hosted in the beautiful setting of St John's Church in Ainsdale Village and it even has underfloor heating to keep the babies lovely and warm. Up to 2 adults can attend per baby. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to active crawling (pre-walking). You have the option to include an organza bag of oatmeal in the warm water. Alternatively, you can bring some of your own liquid gold; your expressed breastmilk! (Of course, choosing simple, warm water is also fine). Whether you choose to add your own breastmilk or oatmeal to the bath for your baby there are so many amazing benefits for baby's delicate skin. Both oats and breastmilk are completely natural products - which means they are less likely to irritate sensitive skin than other products on the market. They can also help to soothe symptoms of a variety of skin conditions which are common in babies, including: Nappy Rash Cradle Cap Baby Acne Eczema Dermatitis Chickenpox We will supply oatmeal to add to the bath. Should you wish to add your own breastmilk, please bring a single bottle expressed breastmilk with you.
